Colour Disclaimer

Visista Closet firmly believes that all customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits ordered. All color options offered on the site are an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choice of Visista Closet outfits. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered normal, as garments can reflect different shades of a color under different light and mediums. Colors shown in the catalogue may vary from actual colors of the garments as the process of photography and printing involves transitions and changes.

Cancellations

If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed or approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 7 days. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped. Visista Closet has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Visista Closet and to accept Visista Closet decisions regarding the cancellation.

Automated Cancellation Of Orders By Visista Closet

Visista Closet generally does not cancel any orders except under the following conditions:

• Stock unavailable or order not processed within 15 business days from the date of order (Visista Closet holds the sole right to cancel full or partial orders).
• Pin code coverage issues.
• If the address is not specific, Visista Closet will notify the buyer to update the address, but if the buyer doesn’t respond after 2 emails in 3 business days, Visista Closet has the right to cancel that order and then the entire amount will not be refundable.
• If the order is pending more than 15 business days.
• When the logistics partner has an issue with delivery and the order is returned to shipping address then the entire amount will not be refundable.

Please note that under no circumstance will we be able to return or refund your product once it has been delivered. If any of the above conditions occur in the processing stage, Visista Closet has the right to cancel that order and refund the same to the customer.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing services on Visista Closet will be correct and accurate and you shall use a credit card lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Visista Closet. The said information will not be utilized or shared by Visista Closet with any third parties unless required for fraud verification or by law, regulation, or court order. Visista Closet will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.

You Agree And Confirm

• That in the event of a non-delivery due to a mistake by you (wrong name, address, or other information), any extra cost incurred by Visista Closet for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
• That you will use the services provided by Visista Closet, its affiliates, consultants, and contracted companies for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the site and transacting on the site.
• You will provide authentic and true information where requested. Visista Closet reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Visista Closet has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the services of Visista Closet and other affiliated websites without prior intimation.
• No returns or replacements for international orders.
• That the delivery address provided will be correct and complete.
• Customs or duty must be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery as imposed by the destination country.
• The promotion “Buy 1 Get 1” means 50% off on selected articles.
• That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.

Online Exclusive Offers

Visista Closet’s online portal and offline stores are completely different entities and cannot be clubbed during offers. While running promotional offers, coupon or discount codes will not work.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
